A coalition is defined as a group of people or organizations
working together to achieve something.
As a membership organization, you make us who we are. Membership provides meaningful opportunities for leaders from the critically important sectors that shape our state to network and learn with each other, and collaboratively plan and take action aimed at positively impacting student, community and economic outcomes from the local to the state level.
Joining the Coalition also demonstrates your organization’s commitment to be a positive and productive voice for education in Arizona, the more than 1 million students we serve, and employers from diverse industry sectors who need a strong, well-qualified workforce.
Collectively, members of the Coalition impact the present and shape the future.
Membership Categories and Levels
Membership is on an annual basis and offered in three categories:
- Business
- Education
- Community/Non-Profit
Membership dues are paid annually and are based on the organization’s membership category. Business and Community/Nonprofit Members may choose from a variety of support levels. (Additional sponsorships are available for those who are interested.)

Benefits of Membership
The most essential benefit of membership is contributing to the success Arizona can achieve when business, education and community organizations are aligned in purpose and action to build a strong future for our students and our state.
Other benefits of all memberships include:
- Attending the Coalition’s three member events per year at no cost.
- Attending other select special member events at no cost.
- Receiving member discounts to ticketed events hosted by the Coalition, including our Spring 2025 “Future Ready” conference and field trip.
- Impacting the Coalition’s work by adding your voice to critical conversations and engagement in programs and initiatives.
- Impacting the Coalition’s work and future as a member of one of our Advisory Councils: Career Readiness & Industry Partners or Public Policy.

Education members gain access to ACED – the ABEC Career Exploration & Development curriculum, along with related online resources and consultation on implementation models and best practices.
Business and Community/Non-Profit members can impact the development and implementation of ACED at state and local levels in ways that prepare students and communities for work-force success.
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, the Coalition is funded through sponsorship, grants, in-kind donations and membership. We do not support or endorse candidates running for public office nor do we engage in advocacy that would influence outcomes of ballot measures.
