COVID-19
Running a conference in the midst of a pandemic has raised several questions that we’d like to address for your assurance. First, we are very mindful that we need to respect the health and safety of all participants and attendees. We will do this by providing significant social distancing opportunity for all. The plenary sessions of the conference are being held in a the GCU Arena which will provide ample opportunity for social distancing and the arena has excellent ventilation. Secondly, the classrooms for break out sessions are modern, well ventilated and well cleaned rooms. We will design limits on attendance to also respect social distancing needs for all break out sessions. And finally, we will respect and encourage mask wearing and incorporate that into our program expectations throughout as you may prefer for your own health and safety.
Anything else we can do to accommodate your requests will also be considered. Please let us know. We will do everything we reasonably can to ensure your expectations are met or exceeded for health and safety.
We are so thankful for your interest and attendance. We hope you both enjoy and find this remarkable event worthy in every way, from your expectations to learn and explore these critically important subjects to respecting health and safety protocols noted above.
